Processing of data in case of communication towards us 

Due to our statutory obligation under §5 para. 3 of the German Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz) WomenBreakfastClub website contains information which makes it possible to contact our company quickly in electronic form and to directly communicate with us. If you decide to contact us, for example via e-mail or via the contact form, the personal data you transmitted is automatically stored in order to process your request. The legal basis for such processing and storage is Art. 6 para. 1, lit. c) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The data you communicated via our contact form or mail will not be transferred to third parties. It will only be stored as long as we need to deal with your request.


Use of Newsletters 

We send newsletters if you signed up for them. If the content of such newsletters is described when you sign up, we only sent newsletters with the content you agreed to. We use the double-opt-in-process for signing you up. This means that once you signed up, you receive an additional email asking you to verify whether you personally signed up. You may, at any time, withdraw your consent to let us process your email address and other data in order to send newsletters. 


We use the third-party providers “Wix” to send such Newsletters. Wix can be contacted via mail 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel. Wix may receive your identification and contact data (name, date of birth, gender, general, occupation or other demographic information, address, title, contact details, including email address), personal interests or preferences (including purchase history, marketing preferences and publically available social media profile information; as well as IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookies data, online navigation data, location data and browser data). Such information is stored and processed on Wix’s servers in the US, Israel and Europe. In connection with the performance of its services for us, Wix employs the use of cookies, unique identifiers, web beacons and similar tracking technologies ("Tracking Technologies").

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). By taking part in WomenBreakfastClub events either live or online, you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography, video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organisation's aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, pitch and partnership materials, including brand partners and funding applications.

No-refund policy

The WBC hosts regular in real life events and conferences., learning's and retreats. Tickets are non-refundable. If an event has to be cancelled for any reasons we will not be able to provide a refund, but may to our discretion grant a refund or offer an equivalent ticket at an alternative date and similar event choice / option / location. Events cancelled due to our third party supplier, event provider, or natural disaster, health threat will not be refunded. 


Recordings and reproduction

The WBC is an invite only platform and is build on trust and support. Information shared on the platform is confidential and should be treated as such. It is strictly prohibited to record conversations or online videos, live recordings - nor are you allowed to create a screenshot or a copy of any written content either.


Approval of membership

We have the discretion to reject your application, to remove you from our membership. We encourage individuals - in individual capacity - to apply. Strictly no business are allowed to join, and individuals that are using the WBC as an extension of their pro-active business development efforts will be removed from the platform, and a pro-rated refund (minus £90 admin fees) will be granted at the discretion of the Director.

Cancellation of paid membership

The WBC has a free membership, a premium and a premiumPLUS membership and the paid membership are paid annually in advance and will renew unless they are cancelled in writing to Subject line: 'Cancellation Request' at least three months prior to their annual renewal date.

If a member is removed for reasons such as negligence, gross misconduct, impersonation, negative comments, racial remarks this member loses the right to a pro-rated refund. The removed member will be banned for a lifetime.

WBC.Academy: Content that is uploaded or broadcasted live or in recording become property with all rights to the WomenBreakfastClub.

WBC.Jobs: We might facilitate career opportunities between our members and companies we trust, and supporting and encouraging a job application from our member does not mean that we are promising a job or career opportunity.
